At MK Signature Spaces, our goal is to focus on delivering your dream kitchen, bathroom, basement, outdoor living area or even bourbon bar. The design process starts with a free consultation call to discuss your needs and expectations. If you choose to move forward, we will schedule an in home visit to take measurements, reference photos and have a more in depth conversation of your project.
Depending on your location, a $500 design retainer may be required to proceed with design development. Our designers will create 3D renderings to bring the space to life, a baseline budget and a color board. A subsequent in person meeting or virtual call will be scheduled to walk through the design, discuss any revisions and finalize the next steps.
We have carefully selected products and materials we are proud to partner with to make our clients selection process easier. Our goal is to work with homeowners, contractors, builders, investors or anyone looking to update their current home, new home or build their dream home.
We can provide just the design, the materials only or help with the complete project for a seamless experience.
